Happy healthy new year everyone! Pinch of Dirt is back on an every-Sunday schedule—not because that's how I wanted it or planned it but because the waterlogged ceiling in our kitchen collapsed last Wednesday, which I took as a sign—of what, I'm not sure, but I knew I couldn't get a newsletter out that night or the next.
